Byde is getting ready to launch. This notice covers the information you share on this website before the app is available. The full Byde Privacy Policy, which covers the app itself, will replace this page at launch.
What we collect
- When you join the waitlist: your email address, whether you're a referee or official, a league or assignor, or just following along, and your ZIP code if you choose to share it.
- To stop spam, a one-way scrambled version (a hash) of your IP address. We never store the address itself.
- Our website host records standard request details, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running.
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools. After you join, your browser remembers that on your own device so the form doesn't ask again.
How we use it
- To email you when Byde launches, and about early access to it.
- To understand where officials and leagues are waiting, so we know where to launch first.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who handles it for us
Supabase stores the waitlist, and Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Both process the information only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Until Byde launches and for 12 months after, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Any email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. To see or delete what we hold about you, email us at the address below. The waitlist is for people 16 and older.
